Everyone is really friendly, loved how they put me at ease, from the first meeting/consult with Tom, to meeting Dr. Dhayni, how they turned my embarrassment/shame of my smile in to a great smile.
It is so cool to smile/laugh, without being self conscious, or covering up. can't forget about judy, the first person you talk to and see, she also makes you feel so at ease when walking in, offering water even if the wait a couple minutes. and it may seem like a small gesture but the phone call the following day to see if your o.k. Is ALOT more than a small gesture.
And I don't want to forget the young ladie who cleaned/scraped my teeth, I'm sorry I forgot her name, but what she had to do with my teeth was quite a task. She was friendly, gentle and she also made me feel at ease. Thanks to all of you!!
